We’ll be setting up shop for a day inside the Florence Griswold Museum’s Marshfield House on Saturday, July 31st, from 9 to 3, as part of their Artisan Fair.  Come see an array of Perennial Designs products, including original paintings, giclees, cards, gift tags, and letterpress goodies.  Just one more reason to come enjoy the annual Midsummer Festival in Old Lyme!   (Don’t forget that the Florence Griswold Museum has a great gift shop, and you can buy Perennial Designs prints and cards there year round.)

Perennial Designs is now producing a set of 8 different note cards with envelopes featuring paintings done by Haitian artists to help support the Crosby Fund for Haitian Education. 

The Crosby Fund for Haitian Education (C.F.H.E.) was founded in July, 2004, by Rebecca and Frederick Crosby.  The creation of C.F.H.E. was inspired by their knowledge of the lack of educational opportunities for young adults in Haiti, and their conviction that a brighter future for Haiti is dependent on educating the youth. The goal of C.F.H.E. is to provide assistance for secondary and post secondary education to academically superior Haitians in the Artibonite Valley, who could not otherwise attend school, in the hopes of preparing them for professional careers in Haiti.

Angie’s painting, “Chadwick’s Studio,” will be on exhibit at the Sylvan Gallery in Clinton, CT. The opening will be from 5 to 8 o’clock on July 23rd.  We would love to see you there!
